Features may vary between Android, iOS, app versions, devices, and subscription plans.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure and for activities performed through your account.

3. Cloud Storage and User Content

You retain ownership of files, photos, videos, contacts, documents, and other content you upload or process through our Service.

You give us permission to store, process, transmit, and manage your content only as necessary to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup of important files. We cannot guarantee that every file can always be recovered, restored, uploaded, or downloaded successfully.

4. Device Permissions

These permissions are used to provide the features you request. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

5. Acceptable Use

Purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are processed by the relevant platform.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions should be managed through your Google Play or Apple account.

Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play, Apple, and applicable consumer law.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

• Analytics

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Where account creation is available, you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the app where supported or by contacting us.

Deleting an account may permanently remove cloud-stored files and other associated data.

9. Intellectual Property

Our apps, software, branding, graphics, designs, and other materials belong to Daily Utility Apps or our licensors.

You may use our applications only for lawful personal use and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except where permitted by law.

10. Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daily Utility Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the Service, including data loss, file corruption, service interruption, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Apple and Google Services

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of Apple or Google.

Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support for Daily Utility Apps applications except where required by their own policies or applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
