Daily Utility Apps (“Daily Utility Apps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including where applicable DAILY UTILITY APPS PTY LTD, develops and operates mobile applications available through platforms including the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use our mobile applications, cloud storage services, websites, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.
Our applications include utility, file management, data transfer, data recovery, document reading, cloud storage, backup, and restore functionality. The information collected depends on the particular application and features you choose to use.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the application and features you use, we may collect or process the following types of information.
Personal Information

We do not access device media beyond what is required for the features provided by the application and the permissions granted by you.

4. Contacts Permission
Certain applications may request permission to access contacts.

- Contact restoration

If you choose to backup contacts to cloud storage, the contact information required for that feature may be transmitted to and stored using our cloud infrastructure or service providers so that it can later be restored.
Contact access is not required for features that do not depend on contacts, where technically possible.
You may deny or revoke contact permission through your device settings.
5. Android File and Storage Access
Some Daily Utility Apps applications provide core features involving file management, backup, recovery, storage, or device-to-device transfer.
Depending on the Android version and functionality of the application, the app may request access to device storage or broader file access where necessary to provide these core functions.
Such access may be used to:
- Locate files stored on your device
- Display files
- Backup files
- Restore files
- Transfer files
- Recover supported files
- Organize or manage files
- Allow you to select files for cloud upload or sharing
You can manage storage permissions through Android device settings.
6. Cloud Storage and Backup
Our cloud applications allow users to upload supported information to cloud storage and access or restore that information later.
Depending on the features you use, cloud content may include:
- Photos
- Videos
- Audio
- Documents
- Contacts
- Other supported files
Uploaded content is stored for the purpose of providing cloud backup, storage, synchronization, access, and restoration functionality.
Information transmitted between the application and our services is protected using security measures such as encrypted transmission where applicable.
You remain responsible for choosing which content you upload or backup.
7. Advertising and Tracking
Some of our applications contain advertisements.
We may work with third-party advertising providers that process certain information to:
- Display advertisements
- Measure advertising performance
Advertising providers may process information such as:

On Apple devices, certain advertising or analytics activities may qualify as tracking under Apple’s policies.

Purchases and subscriptions made through our applications may be processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Payment card information submitted directly to Google or Apple is handled by those platforms. We do not receive your complete payment card details from those stores.

We do not sell users’ private cloud files, photos, videos, audio, documents, or contacts to third parties.

Cloud content may remain stored while your account or cloud storage service remains active.
14. Account and Data Deletion
Where an application provides account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Depending on the application, account deletion may be available directly from the account or settings section of the app.

After a valid deletion request is processed, associated personal information and cloud data will be deleted or anonymized unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Once cloud files or an account have been permanently deleted, they may not be recoverable.
15. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information
- Delete your account
- Withdraw consent
- Disable app permissions
- Limit advertising tracking
- Object to certain processing
- Request information about how your data is handled
Permissions for contacts, photos, media, files, and tracking can generally be controlled from your device’s privacy settings.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, disclosure, or misuse.
These safeguards may include encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication, and other security measures appropriate to the Service.
17. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, cloud services, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
